About Grantham Arts
Grantham Arts was created by Dawn Wesselby and Anne-Marie Kerr. Both are artists with a desire to facilitate creativity in their community.
Often people attend an evening class in something creative but, once the course is over, they cannot continue to develop their artistic style either due to space, or the cost of buying their own equipment.
Anne-Marie and Dawn are looking to provide not only classes in creativity but also, space and kit for people to hire to create their own work after they have learned basic skills in a discipline.

There is an awareness that art is often unavailable to those on low incomes and they feel that often we are missing out on artistic potential because some people don't get the opportunity to try out different methods.
They are ultimately looking to create a space for people to sell their work, via pop up venues and exhibitions to enable people who are part of the Grantham Arts Community can sell their work.

As well as providing art courses and workshops, Dawn has over 20 years experience as a yoga teacher and is also a British Wheel of Yoga Yoga Teaching Diploma and Foundation Course Tutor.
