Slow Sewing - Autumnal postcard
Sally will guide you through a method of free form sewing using simple shapes and stitches sewn onto a felt background sized 6” x 4” (15cm x 10cm). Using scraps of fabric and odd bits of trim, buttons, beads and threads you will create your very own picture postcard. Sally will provide some completed postcards showing the theme of this workshop which is Autumn. You will be welcome to use the examples to inspire your picture or make your own Autumnal design!
Everything you need for this workshop will be supplied on the day but if you have any scraps of Autumn/Hallowe'en themed fabrics or threads at home you are welcome to bring them along.

Sally will provide some completed postcards showing the theme of this workshop which is Christmas. You will be welcome to use the examples to inspire your picture or make your own Christmas design!
Everything you need for this workshop will be supplied on the day but if you have any scraps of Christmas themed fabrics or threads at home you are welcome to bring them along.
All workshops are two hours and run from 1.30-3.30pm

Sally has been sewing since she was a little girl - running a sewing business since 2013 and teaching sewing techniques in Grantham for 8+ years.
